Meet & Greet
As part of the Council licensing, before you use any of my services, you must arrange a meet and greet. This allows me to assess your dog and ensure that they are suitable and for you to view my premises, the accommodation & the outside paddocks, and understand how it all works.
Puppy Talk: Wow! This looks great! Look at all the equipment, the astroturf & I get a choice of beds!
How friendly is your dog?
As your dog will be staying in our house, we will need to meet them to ensure they are sociable and friendly, and fully vaccinated against diseases, including kennel cough.
Puppy talk: "We're all friends here and in good health. We love to play together indoors and out, in the paddock and on walks!"
Pups under 6 months need to complete 3 puppy pre-school sessions before their first stay.
Fully trained staff
You can have peace of mind knowing all staff at Carols Canine Caring Ltd have taken pet first aid. They are CPR trained, DBS checked, and are continually updating their training.
Puppy talk: "I love to stay at Carol's doggy holiday house, because the other dogs are very friendly, and so is Carol and her staff. I've been visiting there ever since I was a pup. Sometimes it was because my owner had gone on holiday, other times it was while she had to work, and once when my owner had to go to hospital. Knowing I was being safely looked after at Carol's gave my owner peace of mind."

Lots of room for dogs to stay and play
When your dog comes to stay at Carols Canine Caring Ltd in Bursledon, we will provide a choice of beds, settees or crates depending on what makes your dog feel most at home. All dogs are tagged during their stay, and we take them for some lovely walks.
Spaces are limited, only 8 dogs can be boarded at any one time, late bookings are fine if we have the space, but if you have that special something organised, book early to avoid disappointment!
There is also a safely fenced off 1/2 acre paddock for your dog to play in, with 24-hour security cameras so our staff can keep a close watch at all times.
Puppy talk: "We get to listen to music sometimes, although I'm not one for dancing - being a puppy dog, I have two left feet!"
